These Terms of Service govern your use of the SideQuests application. Please read them carefully before using our services.
By accessing or using SideQuests ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App. These terms apply to all users, including free and premium members.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use SideQuests. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent. By using the App, you represent that you meet these requirements.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You agree not to: (a) use the App for any unlawful purpose; (b) harass, abuse, or harm other users; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App; (d) upload malicious code or content; (e) impersonate any person or entity; or (f) engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the App's services.
You retain ownership of any content you create within the App (quest names, descriptions, guild content). By submitting content, you grant SideQuests a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content within the App. You are solely responsible for your content and must not post anything illegal, offensive, or infringing on third-party rights.
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
All App content, branding, graphics, and code are the property of SideQuests and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit written permission.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. The gamified content is for motivational purposes only and does not constitute professional health, financial, or psychological advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SideQuests shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time via the Profile page. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes via the App or email.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Delaware.
